An Information Technology Innovation Manager plays a critical role in driving technological innovation within the company. This professional is responsible for defining the guidelines and policies that must be adhered to regarding technological innovation, leading the development of innovation strategy and focus areas, and coordinating the implementation of the IT innovation program.

Additionally, the IT Innovation Manager must convene and lead the Technology Idea Evaluation Committee, implement and lead a plan to create an IT innovation culture in collaboration with the Human Resources Management, and design and execute large-scale idea campaigns and creativity-triggering workshops to stimulate innovative ideas in conjunction with the Evaluation Committee and IT Innovation Leaders.
